We show up when we said we would.
Kitchens, baths, additions and commercial build-outs since 2004. Our framers and finishers are on our payroll, not a subcontractor’s, which is why the schedule we hand you is the schedule you get.
One truck in 2004. Eighteen people now.
Joe Halverson started Stonebridge with a helper, a pickup and a reputation for arriving at seven. Not much about that has changed except the number of people doing it.
We do not subcontract our core trades. Framing, finish carpentry and project management are all in-house and full-time, which means the person who scoped your job is still the person answering the phone in week nine.
You get one project manager, a written schedule with real dates on it, and a call from us before you have to call us. The crew cleans the site at the end of every day.
If a date is going to move, you hear it from us first — not when you show up and nobody is there.
What we build
Typical timelines below are from permit issue to punch list, for a project of average size. Yours gets its own schedule.
| Project | What it covers | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| Kitchen remodel | Layout changes, cabinetry, plumbing and electrical rough-in, tile, counters and finish-out. | 8–12 weeks |
| Bathroom renovation | Full gut and rebuild, walk-in showers, grab-bar blocking and other accessibility work, tile set in-house. | 4–6 weeks |
| Addition or ADU | Room additions, second-storey work, garage conversions and detached accessory dwellings. Includes survey and permitting. | 16–28 weeks |
| Custom home | Ground-up residential. We coordinate with your architect from site prep through final finish. | 10–16 months |
| Commercial build-out | Retail, office and restaurant tenant improvements. Permitting, ADA compliance and hard opening dates. | 6–14 weeks |
| Whole-home remodel | Structural work, systems replacement and full finish across the whole house. Usually done while you live elsewhere. | 6–11 months |
What clients said once it was finished
They gutted our 1970s kitchen and had us cooking again in eleven weeks, which is exactly what they wrote on the schedule in week one.
Eight weeks to build out our coffee shop before the holidays. They hit it. We have been slammed every morning since.
On budget, on schedule, and the site was swept every single evening. That last part tells you everything.
